Williams, the mother of four children, brings her parenting principles

teenagers to be productive, God-fearing adults.

"Young people need the consistent teachings and wisdom of their
parents. Parenting needs to be consistent and include lots of love and
patience as well. Being friends with your child is not helpful to your
child...You must put your child's needs ahead of your own, and show
that child of yours that you will always be there for him or her."
